 Healthy eating for different age groups  Our nutritional needs change with different life stages. Infancy(0to12) It is recommendation that infants be exclusively breastfeed up to around six months of age. Solid should be introduced around six months of age meet your baby's increasing nutritional  and developmental needs. Adolescence For girls, this generally occurs around 10 to 11years of age.for boys it occurs later,at around 11 to 12 years.  Recommendation include The extra energy required for growth and physical activity needs to be obtained  from foods. Take away and fast food need to be balanced with nutrient foods such as  wholegrain, nuts,fruits and meats. Milk,yogurt and cheese should be include. Adolescent girls should be particularly  encouraged to consume milk and products.  Jenifer and brother and parents come to visit national museum. Jenifer: Denny don't  go here and there. Denny:Just shut up!you are not the bossof me.               Just chill.          Denny got lost he didn't  listen her sister. Jenifer: Where are you,parents will blame me if anything happens with Denny. Dr.peebles: You can use this machine with this help you can search  your brother.        Jenifer:Ok Dr.peebles:Ready? Jenifer:Ready  for what !How can does it work? Dr.peebles:Press,the button and when you want to come back press button again.But be careful, you have to come within 2 hours  if you can't  come back you also got lost foreever. Jenifer: Hey Denny please come with me  Denny: Who are you? Jenifer: What happened  I am your sister . Jenifer: Come with me, then you remember we have no much time. This is how Jenifer saves her brother.

Tick-Tock you're dead There is a jenifer who go with her  parents and brother Denny to visit  a natoinal museum.  Her brother  don't  listen Jenifer  instructions and he got lost in museum. She afraid  of  that her parents  blame her if anything  happen wrong. She met with Dr.peebles who gave a machine  with this help she can search  her brother but dr.peebles said that you have to cameback within 2 hours if you can't.you also will be lost in that time. Jenifer met her brother Denny  but he forget her sister.Jenifer said that please go with me we have no much time  we both are stuck in this period she hold her brother hand and came in present  time. Now  Denny remember everything they both are happy.

  Double Denny Today I read that my brother Denny got lost somewhere and I must be sesrch him.Thats why I am using  Dr.peebles choronometer. With the help of this I went into the future its next day.Where I found my parents and are both going somewhere,anyhow  I take Denny with me and come into present time and I find there are  two Denny with me one is from  future  and second  is present  Denny.They both are shouting  on me "you are not the boss of me". But I can't  do anything  it's  my mistake.😂😂

  The choronometer Today I sat in to a choronometer machine and I went to future to search my brother but I cant find him and lost in a another world.There is a school where  teacher punished  me and vanished me in a machine and the story was end.
